Job description & Essential Duties:
2nd and 3rd line support. Change Management, disaster recovery, integration. Monitor the status of Client for unexpected events, such as process failure or errors. Restore the service in case of failure. Installation and configuration of Alfresco as per requirement Migration experience from one version to another Scheduling, running, and verifying routine backups, and restoring the application functionality, from backup media, in the case of failure.
