Responsibilities :

knowledge in building solutions in the Zendesk platform with the ZAF framework. Integration of different applications with the Zendesk platform. Maintain an expert-level understanding of all Zendesk features, enhancements, changes, and releases Support ticket automation efforts creating effective workflows in Zendesk. Zendesk's advanced administration experience is a plus. knowledge of Developer tools including Freshdesk apps, Zoho Apps, and APIs is a plus. Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality.
