This role requires a combination of product management, problem solving, and execution skills. You will be successful in this role if you are someone who loves fixing problems and feels comfortable investigating user issues. Core Responsibilities Developerp and implement scalable, flexible solutions in Workday HCM that improve employee experience and compliance programs. Provide subject matter expertise in People Operations to advise on business process decisions. Identify and drive process efficiencies that remove administrative effort from end users. Create reble documented workflow process fthe wider People and Workday teams. Collaborate with the HR Tools Team to oversee the system maintenance and upkeep of Workday. This may include regular audits of system data, maintaining alerts, notifications and other general system configuration. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to Workday users. Facilitate strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible fensuring all relevant parties stay informed, are able to share feedback, and have a meaningful say in the work we do as a People Operations team What We Value 2+ years of Workday HCM experience at a public company; global public compaexperience is a plus. Understanding of the entire employee lifecycle with ability to recommend technical solutions to improve the employee experience. Strong understanding of business process workflows, advanced reporting capabilities, and overall system compliance. Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, handle ambiguity, and navigate open-ended problems. Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm fDeveloperping strong partnerships with internal users and leadership. Highly organized with an operational mindset and ability to track and deliver on core maintenance work and feature rollouts.
