The ideal candidate will be responsible for the visual design and implementation of new products and enhancements. They shall be responsible for taking the product from concept to implementation by working closely with the development team. LOCATION Chennai, India EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time What You'll Do As a part of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering professional prototypes for our mobile and web apps. You will be closely working with the front-end development team that focuses on implementing the designs presented by you. Responsibilities:Design custom graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like Create hand-drawn sketches for ideation and brainstorming Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, icons, and simple illustrations) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Lead and manage a small team by delegating tasks to team members Who You are Requirements Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for 3+ years Portfolio of design projects (link to be shared) Expertise in UI/UX design tools (Adobe XD or Figma) Well versed in UX design process from end to end Up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time-management skills Bachelor's degree in industrial design, design, Computer Science, or relevant field
