Primary responsibility includes level 1and level 2 support and monitoring for multiple application which falls under customer support team in line with customer contractual obligations. The role of this resource is to manage the installation, configuration, customization or support of various information systems/software systems and ensure to meet customer SLAs. This role will help to manage OEMs for any bug-fixes, patch applications, enhancement tastings and be responsible for change management, incident management and problem management as per company standards. Experience: Implement and promote use of consistent, efficient and quality processes to meet timelines and deliverables according to requirements and standard operating procedures, and assume accountability for the deliverables Ensure compliance of operations with governing regulatory requirements Create, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service Manage installation and configuration of various Informatics/Information Software Systems Application Level 1 and Level 2 support working in 24x7 shift. Adhere to internal support process and procedures (based on ITIL) Knowledge of 21 CFR part 11 concepts and exposure to a system applying the same. Responsible for handling and closure of any application incidence calls and outage calls Ability to work with multiple external and internal stakeholders Must have 3 -6 Years of experience in delivering the support services. Knowledge on Change and CAPA management. Good to have IRMS experience.
