Principal Accountabilities

Customize and Executes programs/initiatives according to Business/LTI Geography needs. Effectively drives L&OD programs/initiatives with stakeholders and strives to achieve employee satisfaction and positively impact program outcomes. Manages to communicate through designated platforms to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Supports the project lead to ensures deliverables are met. Updates Policies & Processes

Secondary Accountabilities

Identifies inefficiencies, recommends solutions to improve system configuration, able to identify manual processes which can be automated. Ensures adherence to Policies and Processes while responding to transactions. Resolve employee queries/tickets within the SLA
