Full Job DescriptionRole Summary You will be responsible for business support of advanced analytics products & offerings in the Private Payer Consulting & Tech Services arm of the AMESA BT-CM team, focusing on Clinical Quality, Cost, and other Payer/Provider Analytics.You will manage client projects of varying complexity to ensures on-time and on-budget delivery of the respective product /offeringAdditionally, work with other key stakeholders for product development planning, product roadmap/strategy - providing analytics support, and serving in a consultative capacity to deliver value-added descriptive analytics solutions Responsibilities: Work with the product owner and end clients to understand business requirements and design solutions for complex client specificationsActs as the techno function lead of the analytical products & manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client projects.Contribute to Product enhancement roadmaps and strategy & support Product Owner in centrally controlling product featuresPerform opportunity assessments, competitive landscape profiling, market assessment and internal/external stakeholder feedback etc. to support the required business caseDrive execution of the planned enhancements, working extensively with the respective teams - design, data, engineering, clinical informatics etc.Support sales pitches, presentations, and demos to clients.Perform hands on advanced analysis using large volume datasets such as Patient data, Claims data, Hospital records etc.Develop the logic, methodology, processes, and packaging of new advanced analytics offerings in the portfolioIntegrating technical knowledge with business goals and strategy to shape the offeringProactively mentors, coaches, and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients. Requirements: 6-10 years of relevant experience in either Healthcare/ Health Insurance, Technology vendor or Consulting organization working for healthcare/ health insuranceExperience with healthcare data (e.g., claims data, patient-level longitudinal data, EMR data etc.)Understanding of data warehousing, KPI design, visualization, reporting from a technical and consulting angleExperience working and managing analytics projects in the healthcare/payer/provider space, deriving actionable insights, and implementing themExperience in programming on major databases (SQL, Oracle, Spark etc.)Familiarity with Global clinical quality measures and agencies such as HEDIS, NCQA, PQA, AHRQ etc. is a plusExperience in engaging with external clients and stakeholdersStrong presentation and data visualization skills are a plus (Power Point, Excel, Tableau etc.)A proactive, innovative, and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently, able to work as part of a cross-functional team.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEnergetic self-starter; able to work independently IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
