Scrum Master and Java Developer Full-time Job

S/he should facilitate software development using Scrum methodology and drive Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective meetings S/he must possess superior technical leadership, communication skills and independence in decision making S/he works with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to develop state of the art software applications working closely with Architect S/he is capable to perform tasks and take decisions independently and ensure completion with good quality, timely delivery and efficiency S/he should be able to apply clean code principles: execute code reviews, code inspections, unit testing, performance measurements and other quality tasks, have understanding of CI/CD concepts, processes, tools and methodologies Drive innovation through collaborative design of the entire technology stack.
