Job description Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to manage the all the initiatives in SAP MM and WM along with the Cross Function team. Manage/control all the changes carried out in the existing SAP system, by way of authorizing and timeline management. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements from Finance teams Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of MM and WM modules along with identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP related issues/ problems. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required & Develop training guidelines and manage training classes through the team. Partner with key stakeholders in process improvements and Drive adoption of corporate initiatives or best practices.
