SAP Basis Consultant Full-time Job

•Should be able to interact with customer, Plan tasks , schedule calls and get the requirement from customer.

•a. Should be able to Interact with end-users and take inputs for incidents, service requests or new requirements

•b. Should take care of High, Medium and Low Priority tickets and ensure SLA/KPI adherence for the module

•c. Share the business requirement document, and MAP it to the business process of SAP

•d. Do SAP configuration.

•e. Identify the GAPS – and give solution to the GAPS identified, Write functional specification. Work with ABAP team to get the development done

•f. Write Test scripts, Execute UT and SIT and document the test results. Support the business in UAT – hand hold , develop training content ,Support in DATA migration activities / Cutover activities, Support post GO Live.
