Roles and Responsibilities:

Media receipt, preparation and reconciliation. Perform Microbial Limit Test of Product and Water. Water Sampling and Chemical analysis of Water. Perform Environment monitoring by active and passive method. Calibration of instrument of Microbiology section. Preparation of Trend data. Bacterial endotoxin test by Gel Clot Method and by Nexgen-pts. Perform method validation of Finished products. Maintenance of culture and environment isolates. Inoculum Preparation. Responsible to Maintain Records and Registers as per GLP requirements. Perform qualification of Instruments. To perform labeling and arrangement of documents on their desire locations.
