Roles and Responsibilities:

Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand. To get maximum production per hour. To ensure that the process is implemented as per SOP in his shift. Allocation of work in his shift to get work done. To manage the shift and all direct staff. To ensure the smooth running of the production process. Prepare batch charging schedule as per production plan. Achieve plant production target wrt quality & yield. Comply to statutory, customer & regulatory audit. Execution of process & cleaning validation protocols, BMR, BPR, process validation. Desired Candidate Profile

Good communication skills Team handling Must have knowledge in API/Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
