Equipment handling-Reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters .ANFD

· Batch Processing as per BMR. BMR / BPR filing during process area.

· Maintaining Compliance as per GMP requirements.

· Exposure in handling shift Operations.

· Initiation, completion and filling of batch production records.

· Ensuring the cleanliness of the manufacturing equipment as mentioned in the batch production record.

· Supervise the charging operations following the written procedure.

· Enter the details of equipment usage maintenance and cleaning in the equipment usage log.

· Maintain of the status board to know the current position of a batch or material from time to time.

· Operation and Cleaning of Equipment's used in the process area.

· On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.

· Trouble shooting of the equipment's during process.

· Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.

· Production planning and daily work distribution.

· Documentation updating, daily reports, cleaning, calibration, records, log books.-Should handle
