With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for exceptional Product Designers to help us build and scale our offering. Who are we looking for? You have 2+ years of experience working in the industry. You've shipped products and features while working with cross disciplinary teams across product, engineering and business. You seek to balance user, product and business goals in your solutions. You believe in craftsmanship and create elegant and compelling designs. An eye for great design - you can tell b/w good vs bad design and understand basic design principles. A great understanding of Visual Design with relentless attention to detail and consistency demonstrated through your work. Communication & collaboration skills. You've good communication skills and can effectively communicate your thoughts, ideas and solutions to stakeholders. You can articulate design decisions. An ability to confidently articulate UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders. You have a decent understanding of how your design decisions impact key product and business metrics. You are self-motivated.You are on a path of constant self-improvement and are self-motivated to prioritise and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. A team player. You understand that Design is a team sport. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to define and accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same. Experience working with modern design tools - Sketch / Figma / Adobe XD / Invision Studio (At Convosight, we use Figma). Bonus You prototype. Have a decent understanding of working with prototyping capabilities in tools like Principle, Figma and the like. You absolutely love solving visual design problems. You have prior experience designing illustrations / icons. You've designed and shipped scalable solutions across multiple platforms. You know what translates from desktop and what doesn't. Have a decent understanding of the differences in designing for mobile and desktop. You have basic working knowledge of front-end technologies - HTML / CSS / JS You've prior experience building and managing an offline / online community of your own. âœï¸ What kind of work will you be doing? As a team of founding designers, you'll be instrumental in shaping the Convosight experience across multiple platforms from ground up. Work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the design process - to translate product specs to mockups, deploy products to the production, and then collect insights from usage data to improve upon the design iteratively. Identify and pitch new product improvement opportunities to the leadership team. Chance to drive design-centric values within the organization. It will be one of your core responsibilities to advocate strongly for exceptional user experiences and demonstrate their impact. Evangelize the goals of design and communicate them to the product, engineering and other teams in the organization.
