Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements. Help team members in sourcing hard to find skilled candidates. Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes basis. Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management. Understand client requirements. Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements. Should be well versed with W2, Should have worked preferably with direct clients
