Job Description

Provides consultancy and undertaking business analysis on all reporting related tools with particular regard to their impact on existing systems and environments Produces an appropriate business and or system design Provides an effective interface between technical and non technical teams Provides subject matter expertise as required Manages and co ordinates the activities of third parties and or other Capgemini Service lines as well as leading teams of mixed capabilities motivations Coordinates all reporting capability development projects Oversees service take on or migration projects Leads diagnosis and fixing of complex problems within the service working with vendors and clients as required Provides and effective interface between technical and non technical teams Develops reporting design and implementation documentation Develops strong relationships with Account Management and the Service Delivery organizations Educates Account and Delivery Teams on standard suite of Operational Reports and the related business value of each report Provides guidance and mentoring for Service Reporting Analysts An expert understanding of measurement methods source data systems and reporting tools
