Demonstrate keen interest to learn new technologies Quick Learner – e.g. about a new technology, or about a customer’s business processes Demonstrate commercial awareness, i.e. identify commercial opportunities Share knowledge with colleagues and in the wider Open Text and Partner community Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services Strong knowledge on Open Text's Content Server 10.5 and above Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies. Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation Production system configuration and testing Data migrations Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks Good verbal and written communication skills 24x5 Work model
