Network Security Engineer Full-time Job

Technical Skills:

Network and Security engineer will have to provide primary Level- 3 support for Incidents, Change and request tickets by troubleshooting / analyzing across Mphasis Network & Security platforms.

Routing and Switching is the Key Primary Skill with experience preferably across all Routing Protocols and experience in Cisco/HP/Aruba devices as the preference.

Security (Firewalls/IPS/IDS/Proxy) is the Secondary skill with experience across all major Vendors on Security appliances like Cisco/HP/Aruba/Palo Alto/Fortigate, etc.

Execute changes and periodic device upgrade, migration, integration activities along with L1 & L2 Engineers and Oversee/Supervise the L1 & L2 Enggs in the specific shifts being managed by the L3 Engg

Understanding vertical domain SOP’s and manage environment as per defined SOP’s

Coordinate with OEM for product related fixed, ensure high uptime and standardization of configuration in devices

Periodic Failover testing, execute corrective action as needed for high infrastructure uptime to support business

Train/Supervise & Guide the L1 & L2 Enggs in the team and drive the New Technology Learning & Adoption within the team

Support and implement, Create policies, Log and Data analysis, Configurations and Action of critical alert from SOC along with analysis and quick remediation.

Network diagram update as per the land scape changes with new device & technologies
