Day to Day job Duties

Implement adequate procedures around Log rotation/retention along with verification, updating and execution of each phase of theproject Communicate with all stakeholders, vendors, and service providers Handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage numerous independent tasks and work effectively under pressure and communicate effectively in bothtechnicaland non-technicalterms Participate in middleware automation activities and take lead to identify the opportunities to automate BAU (business as usual) tasks to eradicate manual efforts Work closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability, and scalability Cultivate operational excellence within your teams Ensure that you are providing timely resolution of identified production defects to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

Minimum seven years' experience in below technologies:

IBM HTTP / IBM WebSphere ND, Liberty / Microsoft IIS / Apache tomcat / Nginx / Apache HTTP / Tomcat server, Oracle WebLogic server (Tuxedo & Salt - under certification)

Minimum seven years' experience in IBM WebSphere, Middleware administration and integration, including deployment and management of enterprise applications using WebSphere Process Server with different cluster configurations Minimum seven years' experience in Web services (e.g., SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, etc.) and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus events, problem determination, administration, and performance tuning, Storage and Backup of Middleware Minimum seven years' experience in Git/SVN usage, and CICD build

Nice to Have

Minimum seven years' experience in troubleshooting, RCA and performance testing and optimization Ability to ensure teams are building using modern practices and tools Minimum seven years' experience in service level agreements (SLA), with ability to gauge how you are performing in relation to them

Minimum seven years' experience in software development life cycle Experience collaborating with product management, vendors, and other support teams Experience with high-availability configuration and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing for WebLogic Minimum seven years' experience in vulnerability fixes, patching of servers, health checking, Incident management, server migrations, server decommissions and audit-related activities Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
