Job Details

Piramal Swasthya is looking for L2 Support for all the L2 tickets and coordinate with IT vendor to resolve the application issues and maintain the SLA.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent./ or health background like BSW MSW social sector work experience.

Experience: 2-4 years (Health Background )

â— Skills: Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field

â— Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking

â— Proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and resolving them

â— Ability to keep up with innovation in application support role

â— Understanding of change and release management

â— Eye to detail and good communication skill

â— Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure

· Handling all issue from L1 Team
