Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and Document Customer Requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, Customize, Configure and Testing of PP and QM. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document Functional Designs, Test Cases and Results Proactively identify and propose Business Process and/or System Enhancements Design, customize, configure and testing of QM including Stability Study Process. Custom MIC Formula for auto calculation based on other MIC Values. Configuration Production Planning viz. Process management of introduction and changes to materials, BOMs and Routings, Master Recipes, Back Flushing, MRP, Demand Management and Shop Floor Process, Material Specification, Inspections Plans for Inspection Planning Flexible Planning, Sales and Operations planning, Rough-Cut Capacity planning, Material requirement planning, scheduling, manufacturing execution, Long term planning and should be able to understand the concepts of simulation and day to day planning process. Design and Implement Catalogues, Inspection Characteristics, LIMS, Inspection Methods, Sample Determination, Sampling Methods, QM-Specific Data in Material Master Responsible for the system requirement study, Solution Design, System Configuration, System Testing, Data Conversion, Documentation, System Integration. Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with CO, MM, QM modules and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW LTMC and LTMOM.
