Your two-year rotational program kicks off with a week of orientation, providing in-depth knowledge of our global business operations. After training, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in our different businesses across the firm: Asset Management, Consumer & Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Cross-firm functions. The program is designed to give you insights into talent management competencies and specialties including Compensation, Workforce Analytics, Recruiting, Developerpment, Benefits and more. On completion of the program, we will work with you to identify your next role. Youll make an impact by: Contributing to our industry-leading performance management, training and Developerpment Developerping recruiting and diversity initiatives Work with business partners on talent strategies and projects Organizing speaker events and collaborate on succession plans About you We're looking fhighly motivated individuals with a passion fcultivating human capital.
