Document operational procedures and recommend areas fimprovement to streamline processes. Maintain HR, Financial and other databases/systems to ensure accurate employee information. This includes entering hires, terminations, and astatus changes in employee records (to include pay, title, name, address, and tax changes). Compile applicable back-up documentation and follow record retention policies. Run HR and Finance reports and conduct analysis and audits on HR data, HR programs, and recommend corrective action fadiscrepancies in data. Prepare files fPower BI and other analytic tools. Build and foster relationships with internal business partners to support our systems/tools. Assist with compensation and payroll related inquiries and escalate complex issues. Ad hoc projects to include mass data uploads and responding to HR related surveys. Maintain organizational data structure. Troubleshoot and report technical issues within our systems as they arise. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Two years of HR experience with exposure in HRIS, compensation, HR Operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn systems and process quickly. Key systems to include SAP, Power BI, ADP WFN/EV5, JDE, and Active Directory. Resourceful and can multitask and adapt to changing priorities to meet demands. Intermediate Excel skills to include filters, sorting, advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts/graphs. Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Must make data integrity a top priority while navigating complex data projects. Can easily maneuver from big picture to detail and back quickly. Anticipate questions, think ahead and plan fcontingencies. Have superb communication skills and the ability to frame problems and solutions quickly and concisely fa variety of audiences. Have a strong customer service mentality and maintain confidentiality and deliver with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, pitch in when needed, and function as a dependable member of the team.
