The position

As a Global Scientific Advisor, you will deliver timely accurate and credible medical communication materials across medical affairs focus areas to internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will support medical affairs teams in the development of and execute strategy for medical education activities for each product/project CME and non-CME. Additionally, you will support medical affairs teams in executing global medical education and medical communication plan to ensure KOL/HCP recognition and understanding of clinical profile of compound through presentations of data, participation in meetings and symposia, and personal visits. You will support medical affairs teams in development of communication materials based on accurate scientific data Also, you will provide on-site support for medical guidance activities driven by global medical affairs. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

Support development of slide decks on NN supported studies NN sponsored as well as investigator sponsored studies Proactively engage in scientific dialogue and relationship with global KOLs. Gather and analyze medical and scientific feedback, e.g., from KOL interactions in advisory boards. Support medical affairs teams in the development and execution of scientific story line, content, topics of advisory boards Development of posters and publication slide decks in collaboration with the Global Publication Manager and medical illustrator

Qualifications

Ph.D. with substantial clinical and/or research expertise relevant area preferred, ;and MSc with relevant experience could be considered. Experience in research and development. 2-4 years of clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in both spoken and written English. Demonstrated research experience e.g., publications. Additional education and experience in medical communication. Study or work in a country other than the native country.

Global Medical Affairs, GBS GMA GBS is an extension of the Global Medical Affairs team in Headquarters HQ in Denmark and Zurich and is based out of Global Business Services GBS, Bangalore, India. The team consists of highly motivated scientific and medical advisors, project managers, medical illustrators and publication manager working together with HQ, regions and affiliates across the world. Our core competencies are communicating scientific and medical knowledge on our products to the external scientific community and across the organization; delivering external medical events including in-house content development and project management; and Publication planning.
