Engineer - Electrical & Electronics Full-time Job

Design tool proficiency (DFx, schematic, CAD, other CAE tools)Cost avoidance (pre-A0) and sustaining cost reduction. Design lab experimentation / debug (proficiency continuum) / DOE /EFA. Technical lifecycle management (defect reduction team participation, new component qualification, etc). Assessing CM and supply chain technical capability gaps. Knowledge and application of industry innovations / trends to product or program. Creating, analyzing, and releasing product documentation. Manufacturing (Process), FMEA Design FMEA Design diagnostic analysis and input / influence. Leadership and direction of complex issue resolution. Very good understanding on Electronic product design and architecture. Good understanding of Hardware interfaces – High speed serial interfaces , PCIE , Ethernet , SATA , I2C etc. Knowledge of PCB design and Allegro .Knowledge of Valor and DFM is a Plus .Knowledge of PCBA Manufacturing, System Build and NPI process. Knowledge of Product development process from concept to launch phase. Expected to lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Conflict resolution & a problem solver, decision making & an influencer. Presentation skills
