The Digital & Process Excellence team plays a critical role in enabling our strategy and business models with the right Digital & Technology backbone. From designing engagement platforms for our customers and partners, driving efficiency and quality in operations and expediting the research outcomes in our R&D - the team is tasked with bringing the thought leadership of leveraging technology for delivering business outcomes. The team, consisting of business consultants, product/program managers and technology architects, primarily operates as an internal consulting organization tasked with ensuring continuous process improvement and driving innovation.
