Position:Dell Technical EngineerJob Description:What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirementsCreates systems configurations based on customer requirements. Offers product recommendations and runs alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customerResponsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisionsKeeps up to date with new products that are introduced and maintains product certificationsEducates inside sales on products and solutionsWhat We Are Looking For: Knowledge of the DELL portfolio including but not limited to server, storage and securityChannel Experience, Distribution Sales Cycle and Understanding live optics and right sizing customer technical needsFamiliar with DELL tools a plus! (Dell Solutions Configurator, MyQuotes, VCE)Microsoft Office proficiency.
