Job Title – Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our International Call Center that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Job Responsibilities –

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Follow communication “scripts†when handling different topics.

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements –

1. Graduated / Post Graduate with experience in related fields is preferred.

2. Prior experience with customer service and call centres in the relevant job roles.

3. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

4. Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.

5. Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

6. Excellent communication with a US accent in speech and listening skills with good command over the English language.

7. Previous experience in a customer support role.

8. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

9. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

10. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

11. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
