Job Details

Taking ownership of the complaints, requests raised by the clients through chats, calls and emails.

Responsible for resolving the issues raised by the clients within the turnaround time and escalating it to relevant teams when required.

Ensuring proper documentation of the issue and resolution

Ensuring that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed while communicating with the customers.

Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up thereby enhancing customer experience.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients maximize satisfaction.

Maintaining relationship with all existing clients.

Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
