b. Maintenance of Citrix Infrastructure: Virtual Desktops and apps. (Prod and Non-Prod).

c. Patch Management OS and Application. d. Support user issues, high and low severity issues as per given SLA (L3 & L2 issues).

e. Application upgrades/releases.

f. Work on vulnerabilities, InfoSec compliance.

g. Maintenance of backend infrastructure servers.

h. Maintain the Citrix Infrastructure and Software environment

i. - Provide architecture and engineering leadership - Own audits and any compliance activities for the organization - Provide decision on asset lifecycle / refresh and procurement - Lead any OEM related discussions and decisions - Manage relationship with Security before QA process starts

j. Physical infrastructure availability and deployment build/Patching

k. Maintain both the test/development and production environments for the XenApp/SSL VPN environment.

l. Resolve backend technical issues on the server farm that hosts the Citrix

m. Implement monthly OS and application security patches as deemed required by security operations.

n. Participate and provide assistance on any audit requirements or findings.

o. Routine maintenance of the backend infrastructure with escalation management to manufacturer as needed.

p. Respond to alerts or Multi-User Incidents (MUI) on the environment.

q. Implement and maintain continuous compliance to information security policies and technical standards, report and remediation of non-compliances.
