Business Analytics Analyst (US Shift) Full-time Job

Develop data-driven insights, opinions, and recommendations to drive the business forward in a measurable way. Create reports, dashboards, and commercial metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making. Provide insights on sales targeting efforts, in collaboration with Sales, Business Operations & V.P. Institutional Strategy. Leverage analytical models and tools including data discovery solutions, data visualization tools, forecasting, and dashboarding tools to provide insights Leverage expertise in data analytics, therapeutic area, and knowledge of field and market to contribute to insight generation. Analyze and interpret data from various source (primary, secondary, CI, etc.) to monitor and provide feedback on sales performance, salesforce effectiveness; demonstrate advanced dashboards to investigate and monitor the drivers behind performance. Helps to identify and build data and metric requirements establishes relevant KPIs, opportunity sizing, targeting and deep dive analysis. Proactively conducts analysis of field deployment and targeting to maximize field sales opportunities. Deliver efficient and effective engagement across our Sales teams using consistent and common reporting formats, simplified tools, defined processes and analytical insights. Support customer segmentation and targeting analysis for in-line and new product launches.
