Associate - Training Full-time Job

To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period

• To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material

• Trainer pool resources should regularly practice process to stay updated and ensure they are processing experts

• To maintain the knowledge repository and keep it updated at all times

• Attend calibration sessions with quality, delivery and clients, as defined in the training standard document

• To conduct refresher trainings basis knowledge and process gaps identified with the agents on the production floor

• To conduct monthly Process Knowledge Test to check knowledge levels of the agents. Corrective action to be taken basis the results

• Maintain the required training related data and report it out as defined in the Training Standard document
