Our Team:

This position is part of Sanofi Business Services (SBS), within Portfolio, Program & Project Management (P3M) organization and reporting to Elaine Chang.

P3M is the team managing Sanofi and SBS projects to deliver the strategic roadmap both now and for the future.

The Project specialist will be involved in projects of high complexity, that can span transversally across geographies mainly across SBS service lines and neighboring functions.

Depending on the complexity this role will provide leadership to implement strategic initiatives, and, in case of significant scope and high complexity, support the Project managers in the planning and coordination of such projects.

Main responsibilities: • Project coordination throughout the project life cycle. • Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, or schedule as needed • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for management and stakeholders (e.g., accomplishments next steps, issues, risks, action items, interdependencies, etc.)
