Under the supervision of the Contracting Effectiveness Team Lead, this role will be responsible for ensuring client requests for contracting support are efficiently reviewed, assessed and allocated to the right LCN team and other Legal groups as appropriate. Under the supervision of the Contracting Effectiveness Team Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operations of the Conga CLM system, including managing inquiries related to processes, certain tech issues, maintenance of the templates and clauses, as well as training. As frequent interaction with the business is expected, a strong sense of delivery and execution is key to ensure client experience is consistent, efficient and high quality. The role will require high level engagement internally and externally. Help manage the Contracting Governance process and track various changes relating to templates and clauses. Ensure clear understanding of the end-to-end contracting process and governance, and provide feedback on areas that may require clarification or refinement for continuous improvement. Manage client inquiries and feedback. Regular review and assessment of the client requests and triage process with the Contracting Effectiveness Team Lead to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement. Ensure coordination and lines of communications with the LCN Delivery Team and LCN Specialty team are efficient and effective. Assist in various operations and administrations task responsibilities, such as website development and maintenance, manage training and capabilities, generate monthly reports, manage triage tracker, and various communications.

2+ years of experience in a similar role, in a Law Firm or in-house. Require certain level of knowledge and experience in contracts and underlying laws and related processes. Interest or some level of experience in CLM systems and tools. Willingness to work in shifts as this position supports different geographies.
