uthor, reviewer and approver of GMP relevant documents Setup, use, help to direct technician on maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory accelerated environmental resistance equipment such as fog chambers, UV and Xenon weatherometers, and temperature-humidity chambers Become in-house SME on existing environmental resistance testing by participating in, reviewing and updating Guardian’s current test procedures Work with corporate and plant QC teams on test setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis as directed Actively seek/develop new/improve existing environmental resistance test methodology to enhance product efficiency and field performance predictability for base glass and coated glass products Help to establish a product reliability process through accelerated lab testing and test method development, accelerated field testing (EMMA/EMMAQUA), field failure and success analysis Become in-house SME on existing optical measurement testing by participating in, reviewing and updating Guardian’s current test procedures Setup, use, train new personnel, help to direct technician on maintaining and troubleshooting optical measurement equipment such as UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometers and ellipsometers, FTIR, haze and gloss meters Actively seek/develop new/improve existing optical measurement test methodology to enhance product development efficiency and plant QA/QC methodology for base glass and coated glass products Gain a solid understanding of existing durability testing by participating in, reviewing and updating current test procedures to ensure validity to product qualification testing
