Utilize internal and external databases to identify prospects Research prospects to discover key information such as 340B eligibility, size and scope of 340B activity, in-house Specialty pharmacy, current providers (340B Administrators and Contract Pharmacies) and pain points Research and confirm key stakeholder contact information Review existing internal relationships and leverage points with prospects that may be held in other segments of the enterprise such as Cigna, Express Scripts, eviCore, CuraScriptSD, etc. Research existing external relationships and leverage points

Lead Qualification and Nurturing Assess leads by vetting quality, readiness to contract/purchase, and fit Nurture a lead through a steady cadence of tailored communications including personalized emails, phone calls and social media Schedule initial call/meeting with appropriate salesperson Coordinate the request, delivery and processing of data/materials such as marketing pieces, NPI lists and contracts/NDA when appropriate

Sales Pipeline and Project Management Coordinate outreach and collaboration efforts with various internal and external (consultants, 340B Administrators, etc.) groups that have knowledge of relationships with prospects

Provide as needed strategic project management support fthe organizations prospecting efforts throughout the buying journey Database Management Update CRM with research findings Maintain CRM data integrity Create and maintain pipeline reports that track current known prospects

Marketing and Tradeshow Coordination Work with Product, Marketing and other cross-functional partners to create messaging, presentation materials, etc. Assist with tradeshow strategy; work with cross-functional teams to execute Securing onsite meetings by initiating contact with prospective attendees Onsite support during conference as needed

Requirements: Bachelors degree equivalent Minimum two years of experience with degree preferred MS Office required Salesforce preferred Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage projects against deadlines Ability to interact with all professional levels Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to plan fand integrate multiple tasks concurrently Works well independently with some direction
